To arrange a site survey and prepare a renovation quote, we may collect:

• Name: so we know who we are communicating with.
• Phone number: to coordinate survey details.
• Email address: to send quotes and contracts.
• Project address (if provided): to locate the renovation works.

3. Legal basis for processing

Processing is necessary to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Without these data we cannot arrange a survey or prepare a quote.

4. How long we keep your data

• If the inquiry does not result in a contract: we keep the data up to 12 months after the last communication.
• If a contract is concluded: we keep the data according to statutory retention periods (typically 5 years for warranty purposes or 10 years for accounting purposes).

5. Who has access to the data

We do not share your data with third parties, except our technical staff responsible for surveys, or public authorities when legally required.
